Keep gas cans, jerry cans, dump cans, and utility jugs secure and upright during transport with the SpeedStrap Fuel Jug Tie-Down. Unlike a standard cargo strap cinched around a container's body, this strap is built with a large O-shaped loop that drops directly over the jug's spout, giving it a positive, no-slip hold on rough terrain, bumps, and hard braking.
This tie-down is designed to work with most 2.5, 5, and 10-gallon containers, including CARB-approved gas cans, VP-style utility jugs, and race-style dump cans. A 3-bar slider on one side and SpeedStrap's signature 1.5" wide-handle ratchet on the other let you dial in the right tension for different container sizes and shapes.
Two 9.5mm coated S-hooks with retention clips attach securely to truck bed rails, D-rings, utility racks, trailer mounts, and most standard anchor points, and are designed to stay clipped in place rather than working loose in transit. The wide molded-grip handle and cushioned release tab make tensioning and releasing the strap fast, even with gloves on. Built for trucks, UTVs, trailers, and overlanders, this strap is assembled in America and purpose-built for securely hauling fuel jugs and other liquid containers. The durable poly-web strapping is made for the harsh conditions found outdoors and is both UV and water-resistant. Sold individually.
